Stephanie Bramlett-Bartlett is a proud native of Barrow County, Georgia, whose life and career have been built around one simple belief: relationships matter. As a real estate broker, business owner, former healthcare professional, and community leader, Stephanie has dedicated her career to helping people navigate important life transitions while strengthening the community she proudly calls home.

Stephanie is the Managing Broker and Owner of Progressive Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage serving clients throughout Georgia and beyond. Throughout her career, she has personally closed more than $50 million in real estate sales while leading and mentoring agents responsible for many millions more in transaction volume. Known for her strategic thinking, servant leadership, and commitment to excellence, Stephanie has earned a reputation for combining industry expertise with genuine care for the people she serves.

A passionate advocate for professionalism within the real estate industry, Stephanie currently serves as President-Elect of the Walton-Barrow Board of REALTORS® and will serve as President in 2027 — a role she is honored to step into as she continues to elevate industry standards, champion private property rights, and foster a strong housing market for the communities she serves.

One of Stephanie's greatest passions is education and mentorship. She believes knowledgeable professionals create better outcomes for clients and stronger communities. Through training, coaching, and leadership development, she actively invests in the next generation of real estate professionals.

Her commitment to service extends well beyond real estate. Over the years, Stephanie has served in numerous leadership roles supporting education, economic development, child advocacy, animal welfare, and community engagement. She is particularly passionate about supporting foster children, vulnerable families, and local animal rescue initiatives.

Stephanie's life is deeply rooted in her faith in Jesus Christ, which guides her leadership and inspires her to serve with integrity, compassion, and humility. She has been an active member of Bethlehem Church for many years and believes that true success is measured not by achievements, but by the lives impacted along the way.

Stephanie shares life with her husband, Wayne Bartlett, a respected commercial real estate broker and developer. She is the proud mother of her son, Bradyn — her greatest joy and one of her biggest motivations in everything she does. Together, the family enjoys singing, hosting parties, and making memories with their friends and family. They also love traveling, serving their community, attending church, and spending time with their beloved dogs, Lucy, Charlie, and Coco.
