Annual Star of the Community Award

The Star of the Community Award is one of the traditions we are most proud of.

Founded by Stephanie Gober Bramlett in memory of her late father, Rodney Gober, the award honors individuals who serve their community with humility, compassion, and no expectation of recognition. Rodney's life was marked by a deep commitment to helping others, and this award exists to carry that legacy forward.

Each year, we recognize those who quietly show up for others — people whose impact is felt deeply, even if rarely seen. The Star of the Community Award is not about titles or attention; it's about heart, service, and loving others well.

At Progressive Realty, this tradition reflects who we are and what we believe: strong communities are built by people who serve selflessly.
